In order to keep money matters simple, DAVIS PROPERTIES offers these professional sites at modified gross lease rates in which management pays for water, garbage, outside maintenance, and property taxes.
Therefore, the tenant pays only the monthly lease rate, electricity, gas, and phone services, and there are no year-end surprises or hidden fees. DSL or Ashland Fiber Network (AFN) is available at all sites.
One year renewable leases are available at the smaller office sites, and 2 and 3 year leases are offered for the larger square footage locations. Favorable discounts and incentives are available for longer term leases.
